Annual Job Fair

We plan to have many potential employers from Tuscaloosa andsurrounding areas. Employers will be on hand to provide veterans with information regarding
employment opportunities and how to apply. We will also have resources at the Fair to assist
veterans with questions regarding starting a small business, educational benefits, vocational
rehabilitation (following limitations due to injury), legal assistance, consumer credit counseling, and other benefits. We recognize that many veterans returning from the war zone experience work
related challenges. If you are experiencing these challenges, we want to support you in your efforts to find new employment.
How to prepare: 1) Come dressed for an interview
2) Update your resume and bring copies with you
3) Come early so you have time to meet with as many
employers as possible
The Job Fair is organized and offered by the Tuscaloosa Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
